JB Ventures Invests 1.3 Billion Won in 11 Companies for Early-Stage Funding Last Year

[E2News] JB Ventures (Co-CEOs Yoo Sang-hoon and Han Kwon-hee) announced on the 5th their early-stage seed investment performance and results for the year 2022.

JB Ventures is an accelerator corporation co-established in 2020 with JB Co., Ltd. (formerly Jungbu City Gas), the largest urban gas supplier in the Chungcheong region. As a TIPS operator and Cheonan Startup Fund manager, it is invigorating the investment ecosystem in the Chungcheong area.

JB Ventures executed early-stage seed investments of 1.3 billion won in 11 companies over the past year. The companies invested in by JB Ventures are:

▲ Addable (respiratory rehabilitation system solution)
▲ Clean Bedding (hotel-style bedding subscription and regular laundry service)
▲ We raser (AI-based ship logistics information platform)
▲ Arounder (experiential commerce platform)

All of these companies are showing active growth and are in close discussions for follow-up investments.

Additionally, as a TIPS operator for the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' private investment-led technology startup support program, JB Ventures achieved the feat of having all 10 recommended companies selected. This brings the total number of companies selected through JB Ventures' recommendations to 18.
