AI Recruiter
Set a position’s evaluation criteria and weights once, and every resume that follows is scored on the same bar — through interview questions, recording analysis, and the final evaluation report.
When you create a position, you define the must-have and nice-to-have skills and set the weights across six criteria — education, skills, experience, projects, languages, and certifications — so every resume submitted to that position is scored on the same bar. Upload up to 50 PDF or DOC resumes at once and each is structured into experience, education, skills, and key achievements, then scored per criterion into a weighted overall score with a recommendation level, strengths, gaps and how to close them, a skill match rate, and an estimate of how likely the resume was written by AI. A notification arrives when the analysis finishes, along with interview questions written from that specific resume and a model answer for each. Interviews are scheduled by dragging a candidate card onto the calendar, and recording the session live or uploading an audio file produces an evaluation report with per-competency scores and a written summary.
Key features
Per-position criteria and weights
Register must-have skills, nice-to-have skills, and extra requirements, then set the weights across six criteria — education, skills, experience, projects, languages, certifications — to total 100%. Every resume for that position is scored on that same bar.
Bulk upload and automatic parsing
Upload up to 50 PDF, DOC, or DOCX resumes at once and each one is broken out into name, contact, experience, education, skills, and key achievements. Per-file progress shows live, and a notification arrives when the analysis is done.
AI resume review and skill matching
It scores each criterion, applies the weights for an overall score and a recommendation level, and lays out strengths, gaps, and how to close them with the reasoning behind each. It also reports the match rate against must-have and nice-to-have skills, and how likely the resume was AI-written.
Tailored interview questions
Questions are built from the projects and results the candidate actually wrote about — project experience, technical depth, problem solving, collaboration. Each one comes with a model answer showing what a strong response looks like.
Interview recording and AI evaluation
Record the interview live or upload an audio file, and the conversation is transcribed into a report with per-competency scores, a weighted final score, strengths and risks, and what to improve in each competency. Notes the interviewer left are factored in as well.
Interview calendar and pipeline view
Drag a candidate card onto a day to schedule an interview, then move it by dragging or edit the round, format, time, location, and interviewers in the detail view. The dashboard shows applicants per position, the review/interview/shortlist/hire stages, and the competition ratio at a glance.
