Create a company and an analysis session, and the IR deck is scored on a nine-dimension model while the financial statements go through a 2-track AI analysis for a score and grade. The founder interview runs from auto-generated questions through live transcription to competency-weighted scoring, and reference material — business plans, patents — is embedded so investor-lens AI chat can answer from it. Pick the results you want and it writes an investment review report on the standard VC-house outline, with companies and sessions kept in folder-based portfolios. Analyses are charged in credits — 50 for an IR deck, 70 for financials, 80 for an interview, 100 for a report.

Nine-dimension IR deck scoring with stage weights
Set the investment stage and the analysis lens, upload the IR material, and it scores nine dimensions — problem definition, solution, market, business model, competitive advantage, growth strategy, team, financials, and risk management. Each dimension carries a stage default from Seed through IPO, and you can retune the weights yourself as long as they total 100%. Drop in several files at once and each is analyzed as its own task, at 50 credits per analysis.
Two-track AI analysis of financial statements
Upload the audit report PDF and it extracts the statements page by page, merges them, then runs ratios, footnotes, and growth signals in parallel — followed by a KVIC impairment review — to produce a score and grade. Choose Track A for financial soundness or Track B for VC investment appeal; either way you get per-category points and the reasoning behind them, across liquidity, stability, profitability, growth, and default risk. Up to 50 pages, 70 credits per analysis.
Founder interview — live transcription and competency scoring
It generates due-diligence interview questions from the IR deck analysis, then analyzes the interview from a live recording — transcribed automatically every minute — or an existing audio file. The analysis runs in four steps (Q&A extraction, scoring rubric, answer evaluation, final assessment) and scores four competencies — tech/product, business execution, market fit, and team — weighted to a total of 100. The reviewer memo adjusts the final score, and each analysis costs 80 credits.
Reference documents — structuring and RAG embedding
Upload reference material — business plans, patents, contracts — as PDF, DOCX, or TXT, and it parses each file, extracts structured data, and builds vector embeddings. Those embeddings are what AI chat answers from, and you can select which files to fold into an investment review report. An upload history records who added which files and when.
AI chat with investor lenses
It answers questions from the uploaded documents and the analysis results. Pick one of four investor lenses — Peter Thiel, Mike Moritz, Fred Wilson, or a general VC — to get a different read on the same question, and suggested questions drawn from the session’s analyses come up first. It needs reference-document embeddings to work, and it costs no credits.
Investment review report generation
Pick which analyses — IR deck, financials, founder interview — and which reference documents to include, review the outline it drafts first, then let it write each chapter. The table of contents follows the standard VC-house structure — executive summary, investment thesis, market analysis, management due diligence, financials and valuation, technology, risk, deal structure, exit strategy, and recommendations for the startup — adjusted for the sector, the stage, and the reviewer’s notes. Choose a Positive, Neutral, or Negative tone; each report costs 100 credits.
